GARDEN WEDDINGS - Next to the paved terrace is a lawn and hedged garden, the feature of which is a "flower fountain". Beautiful flower baskets and accessories are prepared just for your special day, and late in the afternoon our garden fills with native birds. Chairs are provided for your immediate families, behind which your guests may assemble to view the ceremony.

For the Bride's entrance, a rich red carpet is laid and our integrated sound system can provide music of your choice for that moment. Our fee for a garden wedding is $650.00.

Our special price for a garden ceremony is $375.00 when you hold your reception in The Carriage Room.

ROOM CAPACITY - The Carriage Room has the capacity to seat from 60 to 120 guests. Sixty is the minimum number required for a function. The fee of $850.00 for the room hire includes flower decorations for the room and tables, candles and serviettes in the colour scheme of your choice.

TIME PLANNING – Allow 30 minutes (approx) for your Ceremony if it is being held in our garden. Your reception will span five and a half hours, which includes one and a half hours on the terrace for savouries and drinks while photographs are being taken, and four hours for the reception.

ALCOHOL - As we are not licensed, you can supply your own alcohol and we will use our cold room to chill those drinks at no charge. There is a corkage fee of $3.30 per person. Allow one drink waiter per 25 guests @ $25.00 per hour per waiter and are required for 6.5 hours.

CHILDREN - The Carriage Room staff will give you every assistance with junior guests. For children under five years, there is no charge. Children six to eleven years will be half price. Full price applies to children from twelve years and over.

BOOKINGS - A deposit of $850.00 is required to make a firm booking for The Carriage Room. This amount is deducted from your total cost payable and is not refundable.

APPOINTMENTS – Eight weeks prior to the function we would like to arrange an appointment to meet the bride and family members. Three weeks prior to your function, we will arrange to meet and confirm final details. The final number of guests must be supplied no later than 14 days before the function.

PAYMENT - Progressive payments of $700.00 are required six months and then at three months prior to the wedding with the balance to be paid 14 days before the function.
